Reuben returns to one of his favorite education destinations to lead a series of dynamic workshops, training sessions, and presentations in support of the NYCE curriculum. Reuben developed the Newcomer Youth Creative Empowerment Writing Program (NYCE) for the Waterloo Community School District in partnership with the University of Northern Iowa Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center and Arts Ignite.
